Arundel is one of the finest historic towns in southern England. This delightful town sits on the banks of the River Arun, and is famed for it's magnificent castle, which is the ancestral home of the Duke of Norfolk. The castle has its origins in the medieval era but was greatly renovated during the 19th century.

Its s a market town and civil parish in the Arun District of the South Downs, West Sussex, England. The much-conserved town has a medieval castle and Roman Catholic cathedral. Arundel has a museum and comes second behind much larger Chichester in its number of listed buildings in West Sussex.
